Professor in Applied Mathematics and Operations Research with extensive experience in academic leadership, research, and teaching. Currently serving as Head of the Laboratory of Discrete Analysis, Applied Mathematics and Operational Research (LAMDA-RO) at University Saad Dahlab Blida.

Specialized in optimization algorithms, metaheuristics, multi-criteria decision making, and their applications in weather radar network design, renewable energy systems, and industrial optimization problems. With over two decades of experience spanning both academic research and industrial applications, including significant contributions to the GALILEO space program during tenure at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), UK.
